… At the beginning we will introduce the basics of this art and all its different facets including philosophy, principles, concepts and all the developmental exercises and practices. Hopefully in time we will build up to a regular schedule of classes and this group will take on a life of its own to be a venue for friendly instructor-free interaction. For those who are interested, we will present the full curriculum and the scientific basis behind it.
